Process: From pig blood and bovine blood. Pig blood was dried by spray drying, about 18kg per 100kg. L-histidine is commonly used as its hydrochloride salt ([7048-02-4]). The eluate containing L-histidine, concentrated to crystallization, while hot hydrochloric acid to pH of 2.5, immediately add 2 times the amount of ethanol, static, precipitation, filtration, namely L-histidine hydrochloride crude product, after decolorization, recrystallization, dry the finished product. L-histidine can also be extracted from the hydrolysis products of degreasing soybeans.
